Dr. Larry Gamboa's Seven Steps to Success

I have outlined the seven recommended steps given by Dr. Larry Gamboa in his book "Think Rich, Pinoy" to aid me in my quest for success.

STEP 1: OWN YOUR DREAM

Write down your DREAMS and post them where you can see and read them everyday when you wake up.

STEP 2: LIST Down the PROPERTIES You WANT to Get.

TYPES of properties: apartment rows, condo units, townhouses, etc.

LOCATION:
cheap apartment rows in a worker's community
townhouses in middle-class villages
near supermarkets and in crowded parts

Are there BUYERS who are currently renting the units they live in?

Go to the ASSET MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT OR ASSET RECOVERY SECTION of banks

CLASSIFY your choices:
GOOD
BETTER
BEST

STEP 3: CALL TO INQUIRE

Available?
Location map?
Xerox copy of title?

STEP 4: VISIT THE PROPERTY

Look at the property from outside to inside
Determine cost of repair
Visualize the renovation
near Church, School, Market, Mall?

STEP 5: LEARN FINANCIAL (and Computer) LITERACY

Computer/Telephone

STEP 6. ACT --- "Ready, Aim, Fire!"

STEP 7. SHARPEN the SAW and HAVE FUN
